Gudrun, you are truly a superb travel agent!  In fact through your consulting on travel plans, you become more like a friend.  You take great care in finding out exactly what is important to all travelers and ensure you meet their needs, likes, and expectations.  When I began trying to plan our big "family vacation" myself to Germany, it became a huge and frustrating planning process for me, causing me a lot of stress!  When I called you, I immediately realized I was in the hands of an expert who would provide guidance for a succesful and fun vacation.  Part of the trip was to a small town in Germany, Crimmitschau, so my Dad could meet relatives we had never communicated with in our lives.  Initially you weren't aware of this town, but through persistence and research were able to obtain information from their Chamber of Commerce.  The hotel was absolutely perfect; a charming and exquisite hotel near our relatives.  In Munich you placed us in the center of town which allowed us to enjoy the city at our leisure.  You also recommended a trip to Austria which was a beautiful excursion I wouldn't have thought about taking.  When I think about the excellent service and personal touch you provided, three special touches stand out:  First, it was our phone calls and meetings where you became like a friend almost immediately; I knew I could trust you and you genuinely cared about us.  Second, it was the thoughtful picture album, custom finished, as a gift for us to keep our most valued pictures of the trip.  And, finally it was the surprise in our room on my birthday - chocolates and wine!  I would recommend you for anyone who is planning a holiday, near or far, as a tremendous resource to ensure a phenomenal vacation.  Thanks for taking such great care of us, Gudrun! ~ Pam Herriott, Boulder, CO

Gudrun, our Belize trip was the most fantastic thing that we have ever done.  We did fishing, snorkeling, beach picnics, zip lining through the jungle, boat rides through the jungle, cave tubing through a mountain (although it was more of a hill than a mountain) a lot of fun in the sun.  We really enjoyed Mata Rocks.  It was small and the people were absolutely fantastic.  I really miss them.  Dan didn't get to catch a tarpon but he had a really nice guide that tried really hard.  He caught a lot of other kinds of fish and had a ball doing it.  I would really recommend this trip to anyone.  It is so beautiful there.  We can't thank you enough for setting this whole thing up.  We wouldn't have been able to do it on our own.  We will sure contact you for our next vacation.  All in all, we had the times of our lives! ~ Debbie Kiser, The Dalles, OR
